Hooda inaugurates Permanent Lok Adalat in Rohtak
Rohtak, Nov 7 (UNI) The Haryana government has sanctioned posts of full time secretaries for nine District Legal Services Authorities in the state so as to ensure their smooth functioning and facilitating the people in getting justice free of cost.
Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said this here today while speaking at the inauguration of Permanent Lok Adalat in the judicial complex here.
Mr Hooda said that the Lok Adalats symbolised the dream of Mahatma Gandhi to provide justice at an economical rate. He said that so far 3,225 Lok Adalats had been organised in the state and 6.32 lakh cases had been disposed off by them.
"Haryana has a better infrastructure of judiciary as compared to other states. Out of 20 districts of the State, judicial complexes have been constructed in 17 of them," Mr Hooda said.
"A decision has been taken to construct judicial complex at sub divisional level. The work to set up judicial complexes is in progress at Pehowa, Hodal, Ferozepur Jhirka and Naraingarh sub divisions," he added.

number
of
court
cases,
the
work
load
of
courts
is
also
increasing.
The
Lok
Adalats
are
helping
in
speedy
disposal
of
cases
and
that
too
in
an
amicable
