Baseline's firm for Pvt Equity Investments in India

Hyderabad, Nov 7 (UNI) Baseline, a private equity firm with offices in Hyderabad and New York, today announced the launch of a new firm focussing on private equity investments of at least 50-100 million US dollar in Indian companies in the next year through its affiliation with Wexford Capital LLC.

Comprising both local and western professionals, the company's value proposition is based on providing companies with the necessary capital to fund growth initiatives and on supporting management in solving complex problems.

The company targets investments in the range of 10 to 25 million Dollars, with a preference for medium-sized companies that have a strong business model, potential for growth, a proven track record, and can benefit from the active involvement of the Baseline team, a release said here.

Baseline's areas of interest generally include energy and power, retail, technology, life sciences, real estate, infrastructure and industrial technologies.
