PM should ensure implementation of MRVC project: Naik
Mumbai, Nov 6 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and former union minister Ram Naik today urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to personally ensure that Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) projects were completed on time.
Talking to reporters here, Mr Naik criticised Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav for his 'callous' approach to the problem of 65 lakh train commuters in Mumbai, saying not a single new local train was introduced despite he made a promise of starting 157 trains.
He said there was no development on the proposed Oshiwara station despite spending Rs six crore for the same.
Mr Naik warned that the BJP will launch agitation for completion of these projects.
