Colombo, Nov 6: India made child play of Pakistan by 19-0 points in a group enounter of the IRB Rugby Asiad Shield Championship being played here at the CR and FC grounds.
As a result of better understanding and good co-ordination, India, placed in Group 'C' alongwith Pakistan, Iran and Qatar, dominated the proceedings from the start of the match yesterday and raced on to a 12-0 lead at the lemon break. They collected their points from two goals and one try.
Devender was the pick of the Indian players scoring two tries, while Gophi Nath managed one.
India will take on Iran in their next group tie on Thrusday.
