New Delhi, Nov 5: Parsvnath SEZ (PSL), a subsidiary of real estate major Parsvnath Developers, today said it has signed an MoU with Madhya Pradesh government to provide facilities and incentives at the 76-acre SEZ being developed by the company at Indore.
The agreement for providing and promoting single window clearance are made available to the SEZ, which was notified recently. This will also help PSL to avail various incentives and facilities under various schemes announced by the State / Central Government, which will ensure its development is on the fast track, a statement said.
The State government will facilitate an approach road to the SEZ site as per the Master Plan and will provide requites like electricity and water to the SEZ on priority and PSL will start work to develop and construct the proposed built up area of 18.74 million sq ft, the statement added.
The SEZ once complete will offer approximately 40,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities and will have 'plug and play' provision with custom - built space station in building. The SEZ will envisage an investment of over Rs 2,100 crore.
