Mirror, mirror on the wall; who's fairest of them all?
London, Nov 5 (UNI) Mirror, mirror on the wall; who is the fairest of them all?-- British women ask this question as many as 71 times a day, a survey has revealed.
Taking things a little far in this looks-obsessed world, these women were found to go no longer than half an hour without a peek at their reflection, some even less.
Men also dont seem to be far behind-- the worst offenders look in the mirror 66 times a day.
The survey, commissioned by make-up firm Transformulas International, questioned around 2,000 men and women across the country, the Daily Mail reported.
It was found that nationally men checked their face 27 times on average each day, against 34 times for women.
Liverpool topped the poll as having the vainest women, with 71 peeks in the mirror each day.
Those in their 20s were found to be the most image conscious with men and women aged 27 topping the league by checking their appearance 52 times a day.
However, those in the 60s looked in the mirror just five times a day.
