Mumbai, Nov 5 (UNI) Adlabs has launched a first of its kind technology lead application called easyticketTM, which enables customers to purchase tickets, food and beverages or gift the entire experience by using their mobiles.
This service is available at Adlabs Cinemas across the country. Customers can visit the cinema and enjoy the entire experience carrying only their mobile. After purchasing a certain value, they can even gift portions of it to their friends or clients at just the click of a button.
Speaking to reporters here, Adlabs Cinemas Chief Operating Officer Tushar Dhingra said, ''The Adlabs easyticketTM is a convenient yet secure option that Adlabs Cinemas provides to its patrons and will revolutionalise not only the cinema-going experience, but also the retail industry. Corporates wanting to gift associates or employees will find it invaluable as a promotional tool, particularly with Diwali coming around the corner.'' Adlabs easyticketTM is available in denominations of Rs 200, Rs 500 and Rs 1000 and can be bought by purchasing a scratch card at the box office.
''Adlabs Cinemas is the largest cinema chain in India and presently has 110 screens spread over 34 properties nationwide. It recently became the first cinema chain in India to cross 100 screens,'' informed Mr Dhingra.
