Minorities lagging behind due to lack of proper education: Tirkey

Cchatra, Nov 4 (UNI) Jharkhand Human Resources Development minister Bandhu Tirkey today said that minorities were lagging behind because of lack of proper education.

Speaking at momin conference function here, Mr Tirkey urged the guardians to send their wards to educational institutions.

Mr Tirkey said that state government would son appoint teachers for Mathematics and Sciences teachers in the Madrasas functioning throughout the state.

Besides, mid-day schemes would be implemented in those Madarsas and would also have computer and library facilities, the hrd minister added Earlier, momin confeernce national president and Godda MP Furkan Ansari said that minorities had always been used as a vote bank by different political parties and demanded to apoint 4000 urdu teachers in the state.
