Ujjain,( MP) Nov 3: The Bharatiya Kalidas Parishad will submit a plea before the Madhya Pradesh High Court against the exclusion of parishad from the seven-day Akhil Bharatiya Kalidas Samaroh, beginning here from November 21.
''The Samaroh was organised under the Parishad's aegis in the past five decades,'' claimed Parishad General Secretary Shiv Sharma.
At a recent meeting of the state government's Culture Department in Bhopal, the Samaroh's Advisory Committee struck off the Parishad's name.
Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh, former chief minister Motilal Vora and the Vishva Hindu Parishad's Acharya Giriraj Kishore wrote to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and urged him to include the Parishad's name.
President Pratibha Patil and senior BJP leader L K Advani have been invited for the Samaroh.
