New Delhi, Nov 2 (UNI) The city today awoke to yet another chilly morning with the nip in the air reigning supreme, signalling winter's tightening grip on the capital.
The city's tryst with chilly weather seems to continue with the mercury today hovering at 15 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal.
Delhiites witnessed another chilly morning with the minimum temperature moving up only one notch higher to 15 degrees, from 14 degrees yesterday.
For the third day running, a slight mist was witnessed in the morning, the phenomenon expected to continue tomorrow also.
The maximum also stayed one degree below normal at 30.5 degrees.
The coming days are not likely to provide any let-up from the chill with the weatherman forecasting almost the same temperature tomorrow.
The met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with the likelihood of mist or haze in the morning.
