Dehradun, Nov 2 (UNI) The Essel group-backed Indian Cricket League (ICL) Chairman Kapil Dev here today said the multi-million dollar private league has no rivalry with anyone.
Kapil, who was here to attend the Founder's Day Celebration of Welham Boys School, said, '' The ICL has no rivalry to anyone. It is a fully professinally run organisation being launched with the aim to provide opportunity to those players who fail to make a mark in big leagues.''
