EC serves notice to Narayan Bhai for Model Code of conduct violation

New Delhi, Nov 2 (UNI) The Election Commission (EC) has served a notice to the Minister of State for Railways Narayan Bhai Rathwa for the violation of Model Code of conduct (MCC) in Gujarat as the State is under election mode.

According to EC sources, the commission has also censured the Congress MP B K Haripada and BJP State President P Rupala for their various actions which attracted the MCC.
