RINL wins commendation certificate in 2006-07

New Delhi, Nov 1 (UNI) The Andhra pradesh based public sector compan, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has received a Commendation Certificate for significant achievement in 2006-07.

According to an official release issued here today, the certificate was conferred by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the EXIM Bank. The Chairman and Managing Director of RINL P K Bishnoi received the certificate. RINL had also won a Commendation Certificate last year for 'Strong Commitment to Excel'.

The CII- EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence was established jointly by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of India in 1994 to enhance competitiveness of Indian Business Enterprises. The CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence encourages organisations to strengthen their management systems, practices and capabilities to enhance and sustain their competitiveness to become World class organisations.

The award is administered by CII, the release added.
