Delhi's movement to Winter continues, mercury recorded at 14.7 Deg
New Delhi, Oct 31 (UNI) Delhi's slow but sure movement towards Winter season continues! With Diwali, marking the beginning of Winter season, just a week away, the Capital city today recorded a minimum temperature of 14.7 Degree Celsius, one degree below normal.
A slight mist was also witnessed in the morning, indicating some foggy weather in the weeks ahead.
The maximum temperature also dropped to 31 Degree Celsius, from 32.6 Degree C yesterday.
The chill is likely to persist in the coming days with the weathermen forecasting maximum and minimum temperatures of 31 Degree C and 15 Degree C tomorrow.
The met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with the likelihood of mist or haze in the morning.
