CPI(ML) State Conference from Nov 2
Puducherry, Oct 31 (UNI) The two-day state conference of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist), CPI(ML), will be held here from November 2.
In a statement here today, CPI(ML) Secretary S Balasubramanian said a public forum on the Indo-US nuclear deal would be discussed there on the first day of the conference.
The conference would urge the territorial administration to drop its proposal to set up SEZ, take up expansion of the Puducherry Airport, set up a new airport at Karaikal, a welfare board for the unorganised labourers and reservation for minorities and STs, he added.
