Russian Security Council secretary on visit to India
Moscow, Oct 29 (UNI) Russian Security Council secretary Valentin Sobolev starts a four-day visit to India today, Itar-Tass reported quoting the press service of the Security Council.
During his visit, Sobolev will hold talks with his Indian counterpart M K Narayanan on the problems of bilateral cooperation and international issues.
He will also hold parleys with the representatives of Indian departments at which bilateral cooperation and international problems will be discussed.
Sobolev's visit is taking place ahead of the regular summit between President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh next month, in Moscow.
