Nandita emerges sole leader

Kozhikode, Oct 29 (UNI) P V Nandita of Tamil Nadu emerged sole leader with seven points after holding G Iswarya of Andhra Pradesh (6.5) to a draw in the eighth round of the 21st National Under-11 Girls Chess Championship here today.

In the boys section, Shiven Khosle, Gagare Shardul (both Mah), Gireesh A Kaushik (Kar), Das Sayantan (WB) and R Ishwar (AP) emerged joint leaders with 6.5 points each.
