Patna, Oct 28 (UNI) The ruling JD(U) today alleged that Muslims in the state were becoming emotionally detached from Railway Minister and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad since not even one per cent of the total community were present at the Chetavni rally.

JD(U) Deputy leader in the state legislative council Aslam Azad claimed the rally was a 'major flop', adding that not even one per cent of the minority communities had made their appearance at the rally.
