TN: 4 children killed in wall collapse

Kumbakkonam, Oct 28: Four children were killed in two separate wall collapse incidents here early this morning.

Police said three children of a family were killed when a portion of their house caved in at Maradamalar here.

The children were sleeping when the mishap occurred.

The deceased were Deepa (12), Arasi(5) and Divya (3).

Similarly, a three-year-old child was killed in other incident of wall collapse at Solapur here.

Heavy overnight rain was said to be the reason for both the incidents, police added.
