DD organises day-long media workshop

Guwahati, Oct 27 (UNI) Doordarshan Kendra, Guwahati, today orgnaised a day-long workshop to promote the flagship program of the UPA government, which was inaugurated by Assam Governor Lt Gen Ajay Sinha.

A photo exhibition was also inaugurated on this occasion by Assam Power Minister Pradyut Bordoloi. Speaking on this occasion both the dignatories laid stress that the public broadcaster should be able to carry home the fruits of the flgship programs of the UPA to the common masses.

The inaugural function was presided over by Ms V Sekhose, Dg(NER), Doordarshan. There were two other technical session on the National Rural Health Misison and Sarba Sikha Abhijan.
