Nagpur, Oct 26 (UNI) A young law graduate, working as intern, has accused a district court judge of 'misbehaviour'.

The girl, who recently passed her law examination and is awaiting registration as a practising lawyer, has alleged in her complaint to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association that the judge misbehaved with her in his chamber in the court building on Wednesday, according to sources.

''My senior had taken me to the chamber on the pretext of giving me some work. When we were inside the chamber, the judge tried to outrage my modesty,'' the girl alleged in her complaint, sources said.

She, along with functionaries of the Association, yesterday lodged a complaint with Justice Dilip Sinha, the administrative judge at the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court, who is understood to have sent a copy by fax to the Supreme Court. The girl later met district and sessions judge P V Nalavade, who noted down her complaint, sources added.

The girl has not lodged a complaint with the police.
