Indore, Oct 26 (UNI) Business magnates attending a two-day Global Investors' Meet -- that got underway in Madhya Pradesh's commercial capital today -- showered praise on Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for taking the state onto the path of industrialisation.
Appreciating Mr Chouhan's working style, Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Chairman Anil Ambani said, ''I was quite influenced by Mr Chouhan right from our first meeting that inspired me to set up industry in this state. I wish to establish coal-based plants.'' Federaton of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Secretary-General Amit Mitra described the Chief Minister as youthful, energetic and vibrant while expressing confidence that Madhya Pradesh would advance by leaps and bounds under his leadership.
''He seems outwardly calm but is working aggressively and has a great hold even at grassroots level,'' Dr Mitra added.
Industrialists R S Lodha and J P Oswal praised Mr Chouhan for creating an environment for industrial develpment and pointed out that investment was already flowing in.
Earlier, the Chief Minister and Mr Ambani -- in their addresses -- admitted that former Chief Minister and ex-Industry Minister Babulal Gaur played a key role in creating an atmosphere of investment.
