Tsunami warning after quake in Indonesia's Sumatra
JAKARTA, Oct 25 (Reuters) A powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.0 struck off Indonesia's Sumatra island today, triggering a tsunami warning, the country's meteorological agency said.
The agency said that the quake struck overnight 166 km southwest of the Lais Bengkulu area and was at a relatively shallow depth of 10 km.
