At least 4 injured in Russian gas blast
Moscow, Oct 25: At least four people were injured today when a gas blast ripped through a block of flats in central Russia, destroying one side of the building, RIA news agency reported, citing local officials.
The blast ripped through the building in Samara at 8 pm 2130 hrs (IST).
''The whole right side of the building is destroyed,'' a spokesman for the Emergencies Ministry said. RIA quoted a local official as saying all the building was only partially occupied at the time of the blast.
