today
opened
high
at
39.53/55
per
US
Dollar
compared
to
39.60
on
previous
day's
close
due
to
good
Dollar
demand
by
importers.
Dealers said, ''Rupee headed back towards nine and a half years high on Wednesday as dealers anticipated capital inflows into the stock market after concerns eased about the nature of proposed changes to some investment regulations.'' Later, the spot Rupee fluctuated between 39.46 and 39.60 per Dollar during the intra-day trade.
