Israel kills two Palestinians in Gaza
GAZA, Oct 24 (Reuters) Israeli forces killed two Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip today, medical officials in Gaza said.
The officials said the two young Palestinians who were killed were in an area used by militants to fire rockets into southern Israel. Medics described them as civilians.
An Israeli army spokeswoman said Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians who had just launched three rockets into Israel.
In the occupied West Bank earlier today, an Israeli soldier was shot and injured while driving near a Jewish settlement, ambulance services said.
