Patna-New Delhi Shramjeevi blast case posted to Oct 30
Jaunpur, Oct 23 (UNI) A court today posted the Shramjeevi Express bomb blast case for next hearing on October 30.
The blast, which took place on July 28, 2005 near Singramau railway station here on the Patna-New Delhi Shramjeevi Express, had killed 14 passengers and wounded about 90 others.
Earlier, the statement of train guard Zafar Ali, who was on duty on the fateful day, was recorded in the court of Additional District and Sessions (III) Judge Rajendra Chandra.
Meanwhile, another accused Alamgir alias Ronny, lodged in the high-security Tihar jail, was produced in court. He was represented by 'nyaymitra' Shyam Shankar Tiwari.
The judge has summoned train driver Parmanand Singh for recording his statement on the next hearing of the case.
