Bangalore, Oct 22 (UNI) Sonata Software Limited today declared 50 per cent dividend to its share holders.
The Board of Directors who met in Mumbai today took on record the audited accounts for the quarter ended September 30.
The consolidated revenue of the Bangalore based company for the second Quarter registered a 122 per cent increase with figures being Rs 334 crore as compared to Rs 150 crore for the same quarter previous year. EBITD was Rs 31.54 crore as compared to Rs 14.84 crore for the same quarter last year an increase of 113 per cent and PAT was Rs 11.93 crore as against Rs 9.88 crore for the same quarter last year an increase of 21 per cent, according to a release here.
Speaking on the occasion, Company President and MD B Ramaswamy said that ''to address the key issues facing the industry, Sonata's focus is on improving the value addition to customers and internal efficiencies.'' UNI
