Raipur, Oct 20 (UNI) A station house officer (SHO) was among five police personnel who have been line-attached for allegedly misbehaving after a demand for action against a youth who indulged in indecent behaviour during a cultural programme at a Goddess Durga pandal at this district's Kharora.
The youth misbehaved at about 0400 hrs yesterday behind the pandal where the programme was organised by the Taxi Union Durgotsav Samiti. SHO B S Rathore and the other personnel misbehaved with the villagers who observed a Kharora bandh yesterday and blocked a road.
They were pacified by the administration.
