Special trains from Nagpur to Mumbai, Pune for Dhammachakra

Nagpur, Oct 20 (UNI) The Central Railway (CR) will operate special trains from Nagpur to Mumbai and Pune to cater to the rush of devotees attending the 'Dhammachakra Day' celebrations in the city.

A special train to Dadar would leave Nagpur at 2050 hrs tomorrow, according to a CR press release here. Consequently, the regular 2140 Nagpur-Dadar Sewagram Express would leave at 2150 hrs instead of its scheduled time of 2050 hrs tomorrow, the press release said.

A special train would leave for Pune, at 0030 hrs of Monday, it added. Similarly, another special train would leave for Mumbai at 0630 hrs on Monday.

All the three trains would have 12 unreserved coaches and two brake vans. The trains would halt at Ajni, Wardha, Pulgaon, Dhamangaro, Chandur, Badnera, Murtijapur, Akola, Shegaon, Jalamb, Malkapur, Bodwad, Warangaon, Bhusaval, Jalgaon and Manmad.

Thereafter, the trains to Dadar/Mumbai would halt at Nashik, Igatpuri, Kasara, Kalyan and Dadar, while the one to Pune will stop at Kopargaon, Ahmednagar and Daund.

In addition, an extra unreserved coach, each would be attached to 2140 Nagpur-Dadar Sewagram Express leaving Nagpur on October 21 and 22, and 1386 Nagpur-Bhusaval Passenger leaving Nagpur on October 22, the press release added.
