Provide 50 per cent bonus for mill workers: Trade Unions

Puducherry, Oct 20 (UNI) The textile mills protection committee comprising all trade unions today urged the administration to take immediate steps to provide 50 per cent bonus for the workers of Anglo-French Textile (AFT) mills during 'Deepavali'.

In a statement here, the committee urged the administration to provide the workers of Swadeshi and Bharathi mills bonus on par with the workers of the AFT mills and disburse the same before October 25.
