Jindal Steel reschedules board meet on Oct 29

New Delhi, Oct 20: Jindal Steel&Power Ltd today said it has postponed its board meeting on October 29, as it was scheduled to be held on October 27.

The board will consider, approve and take on record unaudited financial results for the July-September quarter, a statement said.

Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, is the country's third largest steel maker after Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) and Tata Steel.

The company manufactures sponge iron, mild steel slabs, ferro chrome, iron ore, mild steel, and coal based sponge iron plant.
