Hyderabad, Oct 19 (UNI) As the offshore service market matures, transformation and process improvement are likely to play vital role in companies' business process sourcing decisions, according to new research from the Hackett Group, a global strategic advisory firm and an answerthink company.
According to a press release here, the Company's Chief Research Officer Michel Janssen said, ''as the market for offshore services matures, outsources and captive shared service operations need to get much smarter.'' He said, ''the best will find ways to offer integrated transformation and process improvement. Any offshore solution must combine changes to the business process during and after the offshore move is made to insure value maximisation for all stake holders.'' ''Integrating transformation into offshoring requires a careful look at the timing of cost and benefit flows,'' he added.
