Governor greets people on the occasion of Ayudh Puja & Vijayadashami

Bangalore, Oct 19 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur today greeted people on the occasion of Ayudh Puja and Vijayadashmi.

In his greetings, Mr Thakur said that "the festival, which represents victory of good over evil reminds all of us to develop a sense of fairness and fearlessness to fight against all odds and social evils so as tostrengthen our secular social fabric." "Let us pledge to uphold the basic ethos of our culture and work for peace and harmony and common well-being of us all", he added.

Opposition leader in the Legislative Assembly N Dharam Singh has also greeted people of the State.
