Congress violating model code of conduct: BJP
Shimla, Oct 19 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh unit of the BJP today accused the Congress Government of violating the model code of conduct by transferring government employees.
Party spokesman Randhir Sharma, in a release here, alleged that the state government was transferring employees and making appointments during the model code of conduct.
Appoints in health and education departments were being made in back date entries, he alleged.
Mr Sharma urged the Election Commission to take action against the state government and order the cancellation of all appointments and transfers made in these departments during October nine and 10.
