Air Arabia to launch daily service for Bangalore from Oct 28

Mumbai, Oct 19 (UNI) Air Arabia, a budget carrier based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has announced that it will start daily flights to Bangalore from October 28.

At present, the airline runs four weekly flights between Sharjah and Bangalore, which commenced from October 15.

The to-be launched daily service will take off from Sharjah at 2305 hrs and arrive in Bangalore at 0420 hrs. The return flight will depart from Bangalore at 0505 hrs and arrive in Sharjah at 0730 hrs, a company statement said.

''India is an important destination for us and we are happy to be given an opportunity to link more centres across India to the West Asia and beyond. We extend our thanks to the Indian Government and the Civil Aviation Authorities for their continuous support,'' Air Arabia Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Adel Ali said.

In addition to Bangalore, the other destinations that Air Arabia flies to in India are Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Thiruvanathapuram and Coimbatore.
