LONDON, Oct 16 (Reuters) British police said today they had charged two men under the country's Terrorism Act with possessing items of use to a terrorist.
Imad Shoubaki, 31, faces four charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism, had a computer disc with files on ''how to become an assassin'', the book ''Zaad e Mujahid'', and another on how to make explosives.
Adam Mohamed, 28, faces two charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism and also had a computer disc containing the book ''Zaad e Mujahid''.
Police said that gave rise to the ''reasonable suspicion that (their) possession thereof is for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism.'' Both men will appear at the city's Westminster Magistrates Court tomorrow.
