Hyderabad, Oct 17 (UNI) Alleging that ''anti-Muslim fascist elements and Hindutva parties'' were behind the recent bomb blasts, the All India Majlis Tameer-E-Millat (AIMTEM) today appealed to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to instruct investigating agencies to probe the role of ''fascist Hindutva parties and elements'' in the blasts.

In a letter to the Prime Minister, a copy of which was released to the press here, AIMTEM President Mohd Abdul Rahim Quaraishi alleged that in all the incidents of blasts which took place in the Samjautha Express at Malegaon in Maharashtra, at Hyderabad, at Shareef Dargah in Ajmer and in Ludhiana, the intention was to cause damage to the Muslim community by killing, injuring and maiming them.

In Ajmer Sharee, though non-Muslim devotees visit the Dargah in large numbers, for breaking of Ramzan fast usually Muslims assemble in large numbers, he noted.

In Ludhiana, the culprits knew that on the Eid-day a large number of unskilled Muslim labourers who had migrated from Bihar go to cinema, Mr Quaraishi said, adding that in all these terrorist strikes, the Muslims were the targets.

Only when the probe was directed against ''fascist Hindutva forces'', police would be able to catch hold of the real culprits, he claimed.
