In a release issued here, JD(U) national spokesman Shivanand Tiwari alleged that RJD had booked 34 special trains without paying any single penny, for transportation of rally participants to Patna from various parts of the state and also moving them back to their native places.

'' Moreover, several long distance and passenger trains were being identified for cancellation on October 27 and 28 to facilitate smooth movement of special trains carrying the rallyists'', he alleged.

'' Even 500 jawans and 13 officers of Rapid Action Force(RAF) had been deployed to manage the rally, which was gross violation of established rules and regulations,'' Mr Tiwari said adding expenses of all the meetings being orgainsed in districts to mobilise support for the rally was being borne by the Railways.

'' Never before the rules and regulations were so blatantly misused by any union minister, as was being done by Mr Prasad to make his rally a success,'' he said.
