Gulbarga, Oct 16 (UNI) The Congress will launch a 'Bus Yatra' in Karnataka to explain to the people the deplorable condition of political affairs in the state, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Mallikarjun Kharge said today.

Talking to reporters here, Mr Kharge said the 'Bus Yatra' would tour all Taluk headquarters and explain to the people the ''unethical'' alliance of the JD(S) and BJP, which led to political crisis in the state.

Dismissing the charge levelled by the JD(S) that the Congress was indulging in 'back door' politics, Mr Kharge alleged that '' it was he (H D Kumaraswamy) who indulged in 'Back Door' politics to come to power. Now he is playing the same game to become the Chief Minister once again.'' Ruling out the possibility of the Congress joining hands with the JD(S) to form the government, Mr Kharge alleged that the JD(S) had once again started efforts to join hands with the BJP to form government.

''Instead of joining hands with the JD(S), it is better to go in for polls'', Mr Kharge said.

However, Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly N Dharam Singh said there were difference of opinion among the Congress Legislators as one section wanted the party to join hands with the JD(S) to form government to avoid mid-term election.

''However, we have to follow the advice of the party High Command. We can not take a decision on our own,'' he said and added the Congress was keenly observing the political situation and an appropriate decision would be taken at the right time.
