Cabinet accepts G.S. Bali's innocence
Shimla, Oct 16 (UNI) The One-man enquiry committee constituted to probe the conduct of former Tourism and Transport Minister, G.S.
Bali in the birthday party episode has established his innocence.
Official Spokesman said the committee headed by Justice retd.
O.P. Garg has submitted its Report, which was received by the Government today.
The Report was placed before the Cabinet today, which accepted the same to the aforesaid extent, spokesman said.
Spokesman said that report had concluded innocence of his conduct can be stated to be blameworthy.
The One-Man Enquiry Committee was notified by the State Government on August 20, in pursuance to the orders passed by High Court of Himachal Pradesh.
