Mumbai, Oct 15 (UNI) Dr Tint Swe, MP, Minister for PMO of the Myanmar government-in-exile, has expressed ''disappointment over the Indian government's policy on Myanmar here today.

Speaking to the mediapersons at the Press Club, Dr Swe said, ''When it comes to India's policy (regarding Myanmar), I am not happy. Its time for India to frame a new Myanmar strategy from the heart and not the head.'' He added, ''India's guarded statement on the recent unrest in Myanmar came 13 days after the incident, that is too little, too late.'' He said India's ''Look East'' policy, which was initiated in 1992, can only be successful if the military junta is out.
