RJD Chief and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad was devoid of issues and induldged in "gimmicks" to instigate his party workers, Mr Kumar said adding his government would extend all possible assistance to the proposed "Chetavni" rally of the RJD.

To a query, he asked Mr Prasad to clarify the actual reason behind the delay in execution of some of the projects of Railways, including conversion of metre gauge into broad gauge.

He said Mr Prasad was unnecessarly blaming the Bihar government for delay in land acquisition for the projects of Railways.
