Goods tarin derailed, 2 NEFR trains cancelled

Kolkata, Oct 14 (UNI) Two trains under the North East Frontier Railway (NEFR) were cancelled today following derailment of a goods train.

Eastern Railway PRO Samir Goswami told UNI here today that the 2094 up Kolkata-Guwahati (Puja-Special) train, scheduled to leave from the newly build Kolkata station in Norther part of the city at 2140 hours tonight, has been cancelled.

Similarly, 567 up Kanchenjunga Express, scheduled to leave the Sealdah station for Guwahati at 1845 hours, has also been cancelled for tomorrow. It would leave the next day at its scheduled time, Mr Goswami said.
