Nepal
blamed
the
Maoists
for
the
deferred
Constituent
Assembly(CA)
polls
in
Nepal.
Speaking at a programme here, he said the Maoists brought forward their 22-points demands because they did not want to go to the polls.
He further said there was no basis for fulfilling two main demands of the Maoists-- an immediate declaration of a republic before the CA polls and adoption of a fully proportional electoral system, Kantipuronline reported.
Admitting that the postponement of the elections was not a good decision, he said it has eroded the faith of the international community.
