Chandigarh, Oct 13 (UNI) "Chak De ! India" girl Tanya Abrol today said the film, with its stress on cooperation and willpower to succeed, was a motivating example for the students of MBA as an epitome of managing skills.
She was here to interact with students of Aryans Business School (ABS) and to share her experiences of working for the movie which shows a group of gutsy girls making their mark in the global hockey arena despite all odds.
Tanya, who expressed a wish to do PGDM after completing her graduation, discussed the "winning spirit" and the "team effort" that the film illustrated at its best and said she had learned a lot about ''management fundas'' while shooting for the film.
The film could actually instill the feeling of "Chak De" (overthrow) in upcoming management teams as it had many good management concepts like group behaviour, motivation, stress management, cooperation and coordination, decision making, she said.
The ABS has made "Chak De! India" as a ''case study'' in its MBA/PGDM syllabus, Anshu Kataria, Chairman, ABS said adding that the business school was adopting innovative methods to teach management concepts to their students, a press release here said.
