Lanka to publically display seized arms and ammunition
Colombo, Oct 11 (UNI) The Sri Lankan government has decided to display countrywide the arms and ammunition seized by the security forces in operations in Eastern Province of the country.
Three exhibition vehicles would be deployed to take the military gear, in the custody of security forces, from village to village in the country, the ColomboPage quoted sources as saying.
Security forces recovered a massive cache of arms and ammunition left behind by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Ealam (LTTE) cadres evading them.
