CPI land stir turns violent in AP
Hyderabad, Oct 11 (UNI) The stir for land by the Communist Party of India in Andhra Pradesh today turned violent when hundreds of party activists occupied a land in Serlingampally on the city outskirts.
CPI State Secretary K Narayana led the demolition of a building erected by land grabbers after planting red flag at the site.
Tense situation prevailed in the area for sometime as the CPI activists beat up the construction workers at the site, police sources said.
