Two-phase polls in Himachal, Gujarat in Nov, Dec: EC

New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) Assembly elections will be held in Gujarat on December 11 and 16 and in Himachal Pradesh on November 14 rpt November 14 and December 19, the Election Commission announced today.

Votes will be counted in Gujarat on December 23 and in HP on December 28, Chief Election Commissioner N Gopalaswamy told a news conference here.
