Islamabad, Oct 10: Former Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif will return home between November 15-30, his son Hassan Nawaz told a news channel.
Mr Hassan said his father was presently in the holy city of Medina and will return to Jeddah on second day of Eid-ul-Fitr. After a few days stay in Jeddah, he will proceed to London.
''After two to three weeks stay in London Mian Nawaz Sharif along with Shahbaz Sharif (his brother) will return to Pakistan on any day between November 15-30,'' Mr Hassan told Geo TV from London.
According to PML-N sources the Saudi government has allowed Mr Nawaz Sharif to leave Saudi Arabia after Eid.
Mr Sharif's wife Kulsoom Nawaz had also confirmed that he will arrive in London on 17th or 18th of this month.
''Gen Musharraf's request to Saudi authorities to stop Nawaz in Saudi Arabia till the holding of presidential election showed how weak the military establishment had become now. It needs one or two strokes to completely diminish, and Sharifs' arrival in Pakistan would be a big glow to it,'' she added.
Ms Kulsoom said it was very unfortunate that ''the military dictators'' used a friendly country just for their smooth sailing in the presidential election.
